Verse of the day ~Walking in Darkness~

Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. John 8:12

Isaiah prophesied, “The people walking in darkness saw a great light!” God has given us light today!

Hear my voice! Hear what I am saying today! Harden not your hearts!

Hosea took a wife of the daughters of the whores…
She committed whoredoms and adulteries against him…
Have you ever been cheated on? Has someone took the love you had for them, ripped it up, spat on it, hated it, and you just had to watch with tears rolling down your cheeks.

When you entered the marriage covenant with your husband or wife, Let me show you what you promised to them.

The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body, but the wife. 1 Corinthians 7:4

You gave yourselves to one another. When Gomer returned to her whoredoms, Hosea sought her out. He purchased her back to himself and saved her from the bondage that she had returned to.

So I bought her to me for fifteen pieces of silver, and for an homer of barley, and an half homer of barley: And I said unto her, Thou shalt abide for me many days; thou shalt not play the harlot, and thou shalt not be for another man: so will I also be for thee. Hosea 3:3

Can you imagine the pain in his heart that the one he loved had rejected him for bondage and sex slavery to other men!

Today, Hear my voice! I am pleading with you! Harden not your hearts. Hear what God has spoken through his word.

know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

That price was his precious blood! He shed his blood to redeem us! Harlots, whores, adulterers, sinners, haters of God! He loved us and purchased us! With tears, and blood rolling off his brow he purchased us! Out of the hands of the devil, demons, false gods, HELL….

Will you turn again to slavery and the devil!?

Today is a celebration of darkness.

Will you turn your back on God to participate in the darkness of the lies and deceit of the devil???

Surely Gomer didn’t see herself being sold on an auction block. She didn’t expect to become a slave. Will you celebrate the day of darkness?

For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life… And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light. John 3:16 & 19

Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! Isaiah 5:20

There is nothing good or light about Halloween. It is bitter, it is a celebration of darkness! A day of witch-craft! What if our God returns for us in the midst of this evil celebration.

Don’t commit spiritual whoredoms with the devil!  He is playing a game that he well knows. He will make you his slave if you play his game. Guard your hearts!

Jesus Christ has redeemed you! Will you walk in light?

Please consider this and pray to God for understanding.
God Bless.
